We are a Bailey of Bristol appointed Approved Service Agents. We offer the same level of service that your main dealer should offer.
We are also able to submit warranty claims on your behalf directly to Bailey themselves. Once we receive the go ahead and parts for your repairs, We will contact you to arrange a booking to have the repairs carried out….read more
You do not have to take your caravan or motorhome back to the main dealers if you have an MB & G warranty policy.
We can submit all warranty claims to MB & G Insurances Services. We only need to see your Caravan or Motorhome to do inspection of fault, submit an estimate for repair, fill in the online forms on the MB & G website and wait for the authorisation from them.

- Check the installer is an Approved Workshop Member. (Without proof, you may invalidate your warranty and insurance.)
- Caravan Servicing
- All insurance companies require your caravan or motorhome to be well maintained and serviced annually. Your insurance company now requires this to be carried out an Approved Service Agent. (You can find your local approved service agents here www.approvedworkshops.co.uk)
- Service Intervals
- UNDER WARRANTY : In order to maintain your manufactures warranty, your caravan or motorhome must be service within a set time frame of its anniversary date. These details can be found in your owners handbook and is different for all manufacturers.
- OUT OF WARRANTY : To comply with your insurance requirements, your caravan of motorhome should be service within the 12 month period.
